흥분성 영아산통은 영아산통과 같은 병이다.
흥분성 영아산통은 알레르기 질환은 아니다.
그러나 우유 단백 알레르기로 인해 생긴다고 믿기도 한다.
병력, 증상 징후, 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 이 병이 의심되면 필요에 따라 IgE-RAST검사, 피부 가극 검사, 패치 검사, LPA, CBC 피 검사, 세균, 대변 기생충, 대변 잠복혈액, 대변 염증성 세포 검사를 하고, 소변검사 등을 해 진단할 수 있다.
일반적으로 IgE-RAST 검사와 피부 가극 검사는 음성으로 나타난다.
치료는 우유 단백이 든 음식물이나 영아 포물라 섭취를 중지하고 가수화 단백질 저알레르기 포물라를 준다.

• Excitatory colic is the same condition as infantile colic. • Excitatory colic is not an allergic disease.

• However, it is also believed to be caused by a milk protein allergy.

• If this disease is suspected based on medical history, symptom signs, and examination findings, IgE-RAST test, skin irritation test, patch test, LPA, CBC blood test, bacteria, fecal parasites, fecal latent blood, fecal inflammatory cells, if necessary Diagnosis can be made by testing and urinalysis. • In general, the IgE-RAST test and skin irritation test are negative.

• Treatment is to stop eating foods containing milk protein or infant formula, and give them hydrolyzed protein hypoallergenic formula.
