두드러기의 모양이 환상이다.
그 원인을 확실히 모르는 때가 많고 일반 두드러기의 증상 징후와 거의 같다.
무척 가렵다.
환상 두드러기의 중간 부위는 정상 피부색과 비슷한 것이 보통이다.
다형 홍반으로 생긴 피부 발진과 비슷한 점이 있다.
환상 두드러기는 즉시 소실될 수도 있고 잠시 후에 또 나타날 수 있으나 대개 24시간 내에 자연히 없어지는 것이 보통이다.
황소 눈(Bull’s-eye)과 비슷하게 다형 홍반의 중앙 부위는 검붉어서 이 두 병을 감별 진단할 수 있다.
치료는 원인을 찾아 원인에 따라 치료한다.
항히스타민제, 코르티코스테로이드제로 한다.
