• 두드러기의 모양이 환상이다. 
• 그 원인을 확실히 모르는 때가 많고 일반 두드러기의 증상 징후와 거의 같다. 
• 무척 가렵다. 
• 환상 두드러기의 중간 부위는 정상 피부색과 비슷한 것이 보통이다. 
• 다형 홍반으로 생긴 피부 발진과 비슷한 점이 있다. 
• 환상 두드러기는 즉시 소실될 수도 있고 잠시 후에 또 나타날 수 있으나 대개 24시간 내에 자연히 없어지는 것이 보통이다. 
• 황소 눈(Bull’s-eye)과 비슷하게 다형 홍반의 중앙 부위는 검붉어서 이 두 병을 감별 진단할 수 있다.
• 치료는 원인을 찾아 원인에 따라 치료한다. 
• 항히스타민제, 코르티코스테로이드제로 한다.

• Often the cause is unknown, and the symptoms are almost identical to the symptoms of normal hives.

• Very itchy.

• The middle area of ​​cyclic urticaria is usually similar to normal skin color.

• Similar to the skin rash caused by erythema multiforme.

• Hives may go away immediately or reappear after a while, but usually resolves spontaneously within 24 hours.

• Similar to Bull’s-eye, the central area of ​​erythema multiforme is dark red, so these two diseases can be differentially diagnosed.

• Treatment finds the cause and treats it according to the cause.

• Use with antihistamines and corticosteroids.
