화농 육아종(고름 육아종) Pyogenic granuloma

화농 육아종(고름 육아종/Pyogenic granuloma)은 비교적 흔히 볼 수 있는 양성 피부병이다.
소엽성 모세혈관성혈관종(Lobularcapillary hemangioma)라고도 한다.
제육아종도 일종의 화농 육아종이다.
원인은 확실히 모른다.
그러나 어디에 긁히든지 곤충에 물리든지, 화상을 입든지, 외과적 피부 수술을 받든지 액체 나이트로젠 치료를 받은 피부에 생길 수 있다,
대개 단 한개만 날 수 있고 표면은 빨간 것이 보통이고 물기가 있거나 딱지가 져있거나 상피화되어 있을 수 있다.
직경이 2mm~2cm 정도로 크고 처음에는 막 자라다가 조금 지나서 더 이상 자라지 않는 것이 보통이다.
조금만 다쳐도 거기서 출혈될 수 있다.
두피, 목, 몸통, 상하지 등에 생길 수 있다.
보통 눈으로 보고 진단 할 수 있다.
외과적 절제 치료를 하거나 질산은봉(Silver nitrate)로 지져 치료하거나 레이저로 치료하기도 한다.

Pyogenic granuloma 화농 육아종(고름 육아종)

Pyogenic granuloma is a relatively common benign skin disease. Also called lobular capillary hemangioma.
A second granuloma is also a type of pyogenic granuloma.
The cause is not known for sure. However, it can occur on skin that has been treated with liquid nitrogen, whether from scratches, insect bites, burns, or surgical skin procedures.
Usually only one can fly, the surface is usually red, and may be watery, scabbed, or epithelialized.
The diameter is about 2mm~2cm and it is usually just growing at the beginning and then no longer growing after a while.
Even minor injuries can bleed from there. It can occur on the scalp, neck, trunk, upper and lower extremities, etc. It can usually be diagnosed by looking at it.
Surgical excision treatment, treatment with silver nitrate, or laser treatment is sometimes used.
