  • 이하선에 박테리아 감염이 생겨 이하선이 곪는 것을 화농성 이하선염이라고 한다.
  • 화농성 이하선염을 일으키는 박테리아에는 여러 종류가 있다. 아무 이상이 없는 이하선에 박테리아 감염이 생겨 화농성 이하선염이 생길 수 있고 이하선에 생긴 외상 등 어떤 이하선 이상이 1차적으로 있은 후 화농성 이하선염이 생길 수 있다.
  • 여러 종류의 박테리아 중 황색 포도상구균이 화농성 이하선염을 가장 잘 일으킨다.
  • 이하선이 붓고 아프고 압통이 있고 열이 난다.
  • 외과적으로 고름을 빼서 치료하고 항생제로 치료한다.

A bacterial infection in the parotid gland that causes the parotid gland to fester is called purulent mumps.

There are several types of bacteria that cause purulent mumps.

Bacterial infection may occur in the parotid gland that is not abnormal, resulting in purulent mumps, and purulent mumps may occur after a certain parotid abnormality, such as trauma to the parotid gland, occurs primarily.

Of the many types of bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus is the most common cause of purulent mumps.

The parotid gland is swollen, painful, tender, and feverish.

The pus is removed surgically and treated with antibiotics. Mumps (Mumps),  Refer to Non-mumps-parotitis
