호산구 증가증(산 호성 백혈구 증가증) Eosinophilia

CBC 피 검사에서 호산구 수치가 정상치보다 10%나 그 이상 더 증가되면 호산구 증가라고 한다.
경우에 따라서 호산구 수치가 80%까지 증가될 수 있다.
포충증, 내장 유층 미입 등 기생충에 감염되거나 기관지 천식, 두드러기 등 알레르기성 질환이 있을 때, 또는 만성 골수성 백혈병 등이 있을 때 호산구가 증가될 수 있다.
그 외 여러 가지 원인으로 호산구가 증가될 수 있다.
호산구가 증가되지만 증상은 보통 생기지 않는다.
호산구 증가의 원인에 따라 치료한다.

Eosinophilia 호산구 증가증

If the level of eosinophils increases by 10% or more than the normal value on the CBC blood test, it is called an increase in eosinophils.

In some cases, eosinophil levels can increase by up to 80%.

Eosinophils can be increased when infected with parasites such as Echiococcus, visceral filth, or allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma or urticaria, or chronic myelogenous leukemia.

Eosinophils can be increased for a number of other causes.

Eosinophils are increased, but symptoms usually do not occur.

Treatment depends on the cause of eosinophilia. Table 4-1, 4-2 Normal value of WBC differential count by age/Leucocyte differential count by age
