헐피스바이러스 피부염, 소스: 앞으로 밣길 것임

• 헤르페스바이러스가 결막에만 감염되어 결막염만 일으킬 때는 헤르페스바이러스 결막염이라 하고, 각막에만 감염돼서 각막염만 일으킬 때는 헤르페스바이러스 각막염이라 하고, 각막과 결막에 동시 감염돼서 각막염과 결막염을 동시 일으키는 것을 헤르페스바이러스 각막 결막염 또는 단순포진바이러스 각막 결막염/헐피스바이러스 각막 결막염 이라고 한다. 
• 헤르페스바이러스는 각막이나 결막 이외 입술, 코, 눈꺼풀, 손가락 등의 신체 다른 피부에 감염되어 헤르페스바이러스 피부염을 일으킬 수 있다. 
• 입안 점막층, 잇몸 등에 감염되어 헤르페스바이러스 치은 구강염을 일으킬 수 있다. 
• 헤르페스바이러스가 헤르페스바이러스 피부염이나 치은 구강염 등을 일으킬 때 그 환부에 있는 헤르페스바이러스가 각막 및, 또는 결막에 감염되어 헤르페스바이러스 각막염 및, 또는 결막염을 일으킬 수 있다. 부모도 반의사가 되어야 한다 제 9권 헤르페스바이러스 치은 구강염, 각막염 참조 

헤르페스바이러스 각막 결막염의 증상 징후

• 헤르페스바이러스가 각막에만 감염됐는지, 헤르페스바이러스가 결막에만 감염됐는지, 헤르페스바이러스가 각막과 결막에 동시 감염됐는지, 또는 병의 중증도에 따라 증상 징후가 다르다. 
• 헤르페스바이러스 결막염과 각막염이 동시 있을 때는 결막과 각막이 빨갛고, 눈물이 나며, 햇빛이나 전등 불빛에 눈이 부신다. 
• 눈이 붓고 아프고 열도 날 수 있다. 
• 심한 헤르페스바이러스 각막을 적절히 신속히 치료해 주지 않으면 시력이 상실될 수 있다.

헤르페스바이러스 각막 결막염의 진단

• 병력, 증상 징후와 진찰소견 등을 종합하여 이 병이 의심되면 눈에서 분비물을 채취해 그람 염색 현미경 세균검사를 하거나 세균 배양 검사를 하고 결막 등에서 얻은 피검 물용 생조직을 검사해서 진단할 수 있다. 
• 드물게 바이러스배양 검사로 이 병을 진단할 수 있다. 
• 그렇지만 일반적으로 안과 전문의가 병력, 증상 징후, 진찰 등 종합해서 추정 진단을 하는 경우가 많다. 

헤르페스바이러스 각막 결막염의 치료

• 적절히 진단 치료를 하지 않으면 이 병으로 실명할 수 있다. 
• 이 병이 있을 때는 안과 전문의의 치료를 받아야 한다. 
• 아이디유(IDU) 안연고, 아데닌 아라비노사이드 안연고, 또는 에이사이클로비어 안연고 등 중 한두 가지 안연고로 헤르페스바이러스 각막 결막염을 치료하고, 
• 경구용 에이사이클로비아 또는 주사용 에이사이클로비아 등으로도 치료한다.
• 알레르기성 결막염을 치료할 때 쓰는 스테로이드제 안약으로 이 병을 치료하면 각막염이 더 악화될 수 있고 심지어는 눈이 멀 수 있다. 아이들에게 흔히 볼 수 있는 결막염 참조

• When the herpes virus infects only the conjunctiva and causes only conjunctivitis, it is called herpesvirus conjunctivitis; when it only infects the cornea and causes keratitis, it is called herpesvirus keratitis. Also called herpes simplex virus keratoconjunctivitis/herpes virus keratosis

• Herpesvirus can cause herpesvirus dermatitis by infecting other skin areas of the body other than the cornea or conjunctiva, such as the lips, nose, eyelids, and fingers.

• Infection of the mucous membrane of the mouth and gums can cause herpes virus gingival stomatitis.

• When herpes virus causes herpesvirus dermatitis or gingival stomatitis, the herpes virus in the affected area can infect the cornea and/or conjunctiva and cause herpesvirus keratitis and/or conjunctivitis.

Symptoms, signs of herpesvirus corneal conjunctivitis

• Symptoms differ depending on whether the herpes virus infects only the cornea, whether the herpes virus infects the conjunctiva only, whether the herpes virus infects the cornea and conjunctiva at the same time, or the severity of the disease.

• When herpesvirus conjunctivitis and keratitis coexist, the conjunctiva and cornea are red, watery, and dazzled by sunlight or light.

• Your eyes may be swollen and painful and you may have a fever.

• Severe herpesvirus vision loss can occur if the cornea is not treated promptly and appropriately.

Diagnosis of herpes virus corneal conjunctivitis

• If this disease is suspected by combining the medical history, symptom signs, and examination findings, it can be diagnosed by collecting secretions from the eyes and performing Gram-stained microscopic bacteriological tests or bacterial culture tests and live tissues obtained from the conjunctiva.

• Rarely, the disease can be diagnosed with a virus culture test.

• However, in general, in many cases, an ophthalmologist makes a presumptive diagnosis by combining medical history, symptoms, and examination.

Treatment of herpes virus corneal conjunctivitis

• Without proper diagnosis and treatment, this disease can lead to blindness.

• If you have this disease, you should see an ophthalmologist.

• Treatment of herpesvirus corneal conjunctivitis with one or two of IDU eye ointment, adenine arabinoside eye ointment, or acyclovir eye ointment;

• Treat with oral acyclovir or injectable acyclovir.

• Treatment of this condition with steroid eye drops used to treat allergic conjunctivitis can make the keratitis worse and even cause blindness. See Conjunctivitis, common in children
