헤노흐–쇤라인 자반증으로 인한 급성 사구체신염의 원인

헤노흐–쇤라인 자반증(아나필락시양 자반증)의 원인은 아직도 확실히 모른다.
알레르기성 질환 중의 하나로 알려져 있다.
이 병에 걸리면, 피부에 자반이 생기고, 복통 등 위장 질환의 증상 징후가 생기며, 소변에 피가 나오고, 혈압이 비정상으로 올라갈 수 있다.
두통 등의 증상이 생길 수 있다.
장중첩증이 생길 수 있고, 그로 인해 피똥을 눌 수 있고, 심한 복통이 생길 수 있다.
신장에 급성 사구체 신염이 생겨 소변에 피가 나올 수 있다.
헤노흐–쇤라인 자반증이 있을 때 급성 사구체 신염이 항상 생기지는 않지만, 그로 인해 생긴 급성 사구체 신염은 경미할 수도 있고 아주 심할 수도 있다.
헤노흐–쇤라인 자반증의 증상 징후와 그에 의한 사구체 신염에 의한 증상 징후가 함께 생길 수 있다. [부모도 반의사가 되어야 한다-소아가정간호백과]-제15권 소아청소년 알레르기 및 자가면역질환 참조.

헤노흐–쇤라인 자반증으로 인한 급성 사구체 신염의 진단 치료

병력·증상 징후·진찰소견 등을 종합해서 이 병이 의심되면, 피 검사와 소변검사 등을 통해 진단한다.

Causes of acute glomerulonephritis due to Henoch-Schoon purpura • The cause of Henoch-Schoon’s purpura (anaphylactic purpura) is still unknown.

• Known as one of the allergic diseases.

• With this disease, purpura on the skin, signs of gastrointestinal disorders such as abdominal pain, blood in the urine, and blood pressure may rise abnormally.

• Symptoms such as headache may occur.

• Intussusception can occur, which can cause bloody feces and severe abdominal pain.

• Acute glomerulonephritis in the kidneys can cause blood to bleed in the urine.

• Acute glomerulonephritis does not always develop with Henoch-Schoon purpura, but the resulting acute glomerulonephritis can be mild or very severe.

Diagnosis and treatment of acute glomerulonephritis due to Henoch-Schoenlein purpura

• If the disease is suspected by taking the medical history, symptoms, and examination findings together, it is diagnosed through blood tests and urine tests.
