비타민 D는 피부에서도 만들어진다. 햇볕은 피부에서 비타민 D를 만드는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 햇볕은 햇볕 알레르기를 유발시키도한다.

햇볕에 노출되면 햇볕 속에 있는 자외선으로 인해서 피부가 탈수될 수 있고 피부가 비정상적으로 반응할 수 있으며 피부 속 생화학 물질로 이상반응이 생겨 햇볕 알레르기가 생길 수 있다.
햇볕 알레르기는 즉시 햇볕 알레르기와 지연 햇볕 알레르기가 있다.
일광 두드러기(햇볕 두드러기/Solar urticaria)는 즉시 알레르기의 일종이다.
일광 두드러기는 30~40세 여성들에게 더 많이 생기고 드물게는 3~4세 유아들에게도 생길 수 있다.
지연 햇볕 알레르기는 햇볕에 노출 될 때 생긴다.
알레르기가 생기는 기전은 확실히 모른다.
북미 인디언들에게 더 잘 생긴다.
햇볕을 피하고 항히스타민제나 코르티코스테로이드제 등으로 치료한다.

When exposed to sunlight, the UV rays in the sun can dehydrate the skin, the skin can react abnormally, and the biochemical substances in the skin can cause an adverse reaction, which can lead to sun allergy.

Sun allergy includes immediate sun allergy and delayed sun allergy. Solar urticaria is an immediate allergy.

Solar hives are more common in women aged 30-40 years, and rarely in children aged 3-4 years Delayed sun allergy occurs when you are exposed to the sun.

The mechanism by which an allergy occurs is unknown. It is more common in North American Indians. Avoid sunlight and treat with antihistamines or corticosteroids.
