항문 열창 Anal fissure

항문의 바깥 가장자리의 점막층과 피부층의 일부가 변비 변 등으로 조금 째진 것을 항문 열창(사진 117 참조)이라 한다.
항문 열창은 12시 방향 항문 부분이나 6시 방향 항문 부분에 가장 잘 생긴다. 흥분성 위장관 증후군 참조.
항문 열창에 박테리아 감염이 생기면 거기가 곪고 붓고 아프고 항문 폴립도 생길 수 있다.
그러면 변비가 생길 수 있고 대변을 볼 때 통증도 생긴다.
그 다음으로 대변이 마려워도 곧 보지 않고 참아서 대변 정체증도 생길 수 있다. 그리고 때로는 대변은 누지 않고 피만 눌 수 있다.

항문 열창의 진단

증상 징후, 병력, 진찰소견 등을 참작해서 진단한다.
장갑 낀 손으로 항문을 살짝 벌리고 육안으로 항문을 살펴보면 항문에 열창이 있는 것을 발견할 수 있다.

항문 열창의 치료

대변을 질게 누게 하는 변비약과 대변을 윤활하게 하는 변비약으로 치료할 수 있다.
배변 후 부드럽고 젖은 위생지로 항문을 조심히 닦는다.

Anal fissure 항문 열창

• An anal fissure (refer to photo 117) is when a portion of the mucous membrane and skin layer at the outer edge of the anus is slightly slit with constipation.

• Anal fissures are most common in the anus at 12 o’clock or at 6 o’clock. See excitatory gastrointestinal syndrome.

• Bacterial infections in the anal fissure can cause festering, swelling, soreness, and anal polyps.

• This can lead to constipation and pain when stooling.

• After that, even if the stool is dry, you can endure it without seeing it soon, resulting in congestion in stool. And sometimes you can only bleed without stool. Diagnosis of anal fissures

• Diagnosis is made taking into account symptoms, symptoms, medical history, and examination findings.

• If you open the anus slightly with a gloved hand and visually examine the anus, you may notice fissures in the anus.

Treatment of anal fissures

• It can be treated with laxatives that make the stool hard and lubricate the stool. • After defecation, gently wipe the anus with a soft, damp, sanitary paper.
