하악골 골절(아래턱뼈 골절) Mandible fracture

소아들의 하악이 사고로 인해 골절될 수 있다.
특히 교통사고로 인해 소아의 하악골이 골절될 수 있다.
승용차로 어디를 갈 때 안전의자나 안전벨트를 매지 않았을 때 이런 사고가 나기 더 쉽다.
치아의 싹, 유치(젖니)와 영구치가 나 있는 소아의 하악골이 골절되면 복잡한 치아문제가 생길 수 있다.
치아에 부정교합이 생길 수 있고 치아가 움직이거나 구강 내 점막과 근육 열상이 생길 수 있다.
음식물을 씹어 먹을 때 통증이 생길 수 있고 하악골에 변형이 생기고
안모가 비대칭적일 수 있다.
하악골에 골수염이 생길 수 있다.
치아의 싹이 손상될 수 있다.
측두 하악골 관절 증후군, 타액분비선 문제, 차단성 수면 무호흡증, 또는 만성 통증이 생길 수 있다.

증상 징후, 병력 등을 참조해서 CT 스캔 검사로 진단할 수 있다.

일반 치과, 구강외과 전문의, 소아청소년과 전문의, 치아 교정의의 치료를 받는다.

• Children’s mandibles can be fractured in an accident.

• A child’s mandible can be fractured, particularly in traffic accidents.

• This kind of accident is more likely to happen when you are going anywhere in your car and you are not wearing a seat belt or seat belt.
