하악골 골절(아래턱뼈 골절) Mandible fracture

하악골 골절/아래턱뼈 골절의 원인, 증상 징후

소아들의 하악 골절이 사고로 가끔 생길 수 있다.
특히 교통사고로 소아의 하악골이 골절될 수 있다.
안전의자에 앉지 않거나 안전벨트를 매지 않고 승용차로 어디를 갈 때 교통사고가 나면 하악골 골절 등이 생길 수 있다.
치아 싹, 젖니와 영구치가 나 있는 소아의 하악골이 골절되면 복잡한 치아문제가 생길 수 있다.
치아에 부정교합이 생길 수 있다.
치아가 제자리에서 다른 자리로 움직이거나 구강 내 점막층과 근육에 열상이 생길 수 있다.
음식물을 씹어 먹을 때 통증이 생길 수 있고
하악골 변형이 생길 수 있고,
안모가 비대칭적일 수 있다.
하악골 골수염이 생길 수 있다.
치아 싹이 손상될 수 있다.
측두 하악골 관절 증후군, 설하타액 분비선 문제, 폐쇄성 수면 무호흡증, 또는 만성 통증도 생길 수 있다.

증상 징후, 병력 등을 참조해서 CT 스캔 검사로 진단할 수 있다.

일반 치과, 구강외과 전문의, 소아과 전문의, 치아 교정전문의의 치료를 받는다.

Mandibular Fracture Causes, Symptoms and Signs

• Fractures of the mandible in children can occasionally occur as a result of accidents.

• In particular, a child’s mandible can be fractured in a traffic accident.

• If you go anywhere in a car without sitting in a seatbelt or wearing a seatbelt, a car accident may result in fractures of the mandible.

• Fractures of the mandible in children with buds, milk teeth and permanent teeth can lead to complex dental problems.

• Teeth can become malocclusions.

• Teeth may move from one place to another or may cause lacerations in the mucous membranes and muscles in the mouth.

• You may experience pain when chewing food.

• Mandibular deformity may occur;

• The face may be asymmetrical.

• Mandibular osteomyelitis may develop.

• Tooth buds can be damaged.

• Temporomandibular joint syndrome, sublingual salivary gland problems, obstructive sleep apnea, or chronic pain may also occur.

Diagnosis of mandibular fractures

• Diagnosis can be made with a CT scan by referring to symptoms and medical history.

Treatment of fractures of the mandible

• Receive treatment from general dentists, oral surgeons, pediatricians and orthodontists.
