피를 토할 때(토혈) Vomiting blood (Hematemesis)

분만 중 태어나는 아기가 모체의 산도에서 나온 모체 피를 삼킨 후 태어난 신생아가 피를 토할 수 있고 모유 수유 중 수유모의 젖꼭지에서 나는 엄마의 피를 삼킨 후 신생아가 피를 토할 수 있다.
신생아나 신생아기 이후
코피,
구강 출혈,
식도 정맥류 출혈,
위장염,
12지장 궤양,
위궤양,
전신 출혈성 질환 등으로 피를 토 할 수 있다.

토혈, 각혈의 개요

위장관에서 출혈된 피를 토하는 증상을 토혈이라고 한다.
기관, 기관지, 폐 등의 호흡기에서 나온 피를 뱉어 내는 것을 각혈이라 한다.
소아청소년들이나 성인들이 새빨간 피나 검붉은 피를 토하는 경우가 가끔 있다.
식도나 위장관에서 출혈된 피를 토할 수도 있다.
나이에 따라서 피를 토하는 원인이 조금 다르다. (p000 혈변 참조)
갓 태어난 신생아들이나 생후 1-2일 된 신생아들이 피를 토하는 경우와 생후 1~2일 이후 신생아들이나 영유아들, 또는 학령기 아이들이 피를 토할 때(토혈)에 관해 여기서 생각해 본다.

• During delivery, a newborn baby born after swallowing maternal blood from the mother’s birth canal may vomit blood, and during breastfeeding, a newborn baby may vomit blood after swallowing the mother’s blood from the nursing mother’s nipple.

• Newborn or after neonatal

• Nosebleed,

• oral bleeding,

• esophageal variceal bleeding,

• gastroenteritis,

• 12 hand ulcers,

• stomach ulcers,

Overview of hematemesis and hemoptysis

• A symptom of vomiting bleeding blood from the gastrointestinal tract is called hematemesis.

• The spitting out of blood from the respiratory tract, such as trachea, bronchi, and lungs, is called hemoptysis.

• Children and adolescents and adults sometimes vomit red or dark red blood.

• You may vomit bleeding blood from your esophagus or gastrointestinal tract.

• The causes of vomiting blood vary slightly depending on the age. (Refer to p000 blood stool)

• Think about when newborns or newborn babies 1-2 days old vomit blood, and when newborns, infants, or school-age children vomit blood after 1-2 days of age (hematosis).

토혈,
갓 태어난 신생아들이나 생후 1~2일 된 신생아들이 피를 토할 때,
생후 1~2일 이후 신생아들이나 그 생후 1~2일 이후 영유아들이 피를 토할 때 참조.
신생아들이나 영유아들이 피를 토하면 바로 의사의 진단 치료를 받아야한다.
