포피염 Posthitis

포피염 Posthitis

  • 자지의 포피에 생긴 염증을 포피염(Posthitis)이라 한다.
  • 포피로 싸여진 자지의 끝 부분을 귀두라 하고 그 귀두에 생긴 염증을 귀두염이라 한다.
  • 때로는 귀두에만 염증이 생기지 않고 포피에도 염증이 동시 생길 수 있다.
  • 귀두와 포피에 염증이 동시 생기면 귀두 포피염(Balanoposthitis)이라한다.

포피염의 원인

  • 접촉성 피부염, 심한 수음, 옴, 외상, 세균 감염, 성병, 소아 성학대, 라이터스 증후군, 헤르페스바이러스 감염병 등이 원인이다.

포피염의 증상 징후 진단

  • 붓고 가렵고, 발적되고 진물이 날 수 있다.
  • 포피염과 귀두염이 동시에 생길 수 있다.
  • 이런 경우를 포피 귀두염이라 한다.
  • 병력·증상·진찰을 종합해서 진단한다.

포피염의 치료

  • 원인과 증상에 따라 치료한다.

 

Posthitis 포피염

• Inflammation of the foreskin of the cock is called posthitis.

• The tip of the cock wrapped in the foreskin is called the glans, and the inflammation in the glans is called balanitis.

• Sometimes, only the glans is not inflamed, and the foreskin can also be simultaneously inflamed.

• When the glans and the foreskin are inflamed at the same time, it is called balanoposthitis.

Causes of posthitis

• Contact dermatitis, severe masturbation, scabies, trauma, bacterial infections, sexually transmitted diseases, sexual abuse in children, Reiters syndrome, and herpes virus infection.

Diagnosis of symptoms and signs of posthitis

• It may be swollen, itchy, red, and oozing.

• Essitis and balanitis can develop at the same time.

• This case is called foreskin balanitis.

• Comprehensive diagnosis of medical history, symptoms, and examination.

Treatment of Posthitis

• Treat according to the cause and symptoms.
