판너 병 Panner’s disease – 제1권. 소아청소년 응급의료

보통으로 6~12세 된 학령기 아이들이나 사춘기 아이들이 무엇이든 던지는 운동을 할 때 생기는 팔꿈치 관절 손상이다.
Panner disease is an osteochondrosis of the capitellum of the elbow.
팔꿈치관절이 아프고 뻣뻣해 질 수 있다.
상완골 소두가 아프고, 팔꿈치 외칙에 있는 상완골 소두가 부스러진 모양과 같이 상완골 소두 X-선 검사에 나타날 수 있다.
관찰적 치료를 하고 2~3개월 후 추적 검진을 한다.
주관절 관절낭 속에 활액이 증가 될 수 있다.
주관절의 골절, 관절염, 건염 등과 감별 진단을 한다.
쉬고 카스트 고정 치료를 한다.
때로는 1~3년 되어야 다 치료된다.
