트리코모나스 감염병 Trichomonas vaginalis infection(Trichomoniasis/Trichomonas infections)

  • 트리코모나스 바진날리스(Trichomonas vaginalis) 원충에 내외생식기가 감염되어 생기는 감염성 염증을 트리코모나스 외음염이라 하고, 질에 염증이 생기면 트리코모나스성 질염 또는 트리코모나스 질염이라 한다.
  • 트리코모나스 바진날리스 원충 감염에 의해 외음과 질에 감염병이 동시에 생기는 감염성 성병을 트리코모나스 외음질염이라고 한다.
  • 내외생식기가 트리코모나스 바진날리스 원충에 감염되면, 외음과 질에 염증이 동시에 생기는 것이 보통이다.
  • 트리코모나스 바진날리스 원충은 성관계 할 때 성 상대자로부터 감염되는 것이 보통이다.
  • 트리코모나스 바진날리스 원충이 남성에게 감염되면 증상 징후가 나타나지 않을 수 있으나, 남성의 외음에 이 원충을 보균하는 것이 보통이다.
  • 이 원충을 보균한 남성과 성교할 때 트리코모나스 바진날리스 원충에 감염될 수 있다.
  • 증상 징후, 병력, 검진 결과를 종합해 트리코모나스 바진날리스 질염이 의심되면, 질 분비물을 채취해 현미경으로 원충을 검사해 진단할 수 있다.
  • 현미경 검사의 진단 신빙성은 70% 정도이고, inPouchTv 배양검사로 진단할 수 있다. inPouchTv 배양검사에 의한 진단은 상당히 신빙성이 있다 (출처: Contemporary pediatrics, April 2008. p.57).

Trichomonas vaginalis infection (Trichomoniasis/Trichomonas infections) 트리코모나스 감염병

• Trichomonas vaginalis (Trichomonas vaginalis) Infectious inflammation caused by infection of the internal and external genital organs with protozoa is called Trichomonas vulvitis, and when vaginal inflammation occurs, it is called Trichomonas vaginitis or Trichomonas vaginitis.

• Trichomonas vulvovaginitis is an infectious sexually transmitted disease in which the vulvar and vaginal infectious diseases occur at the same time due to protozoal infection.

• When the internal and external genital organs are infected with Trichomonas vaginalis protozoa, it is common for both the vulva and vagina to become inflamed.

• Trichomonas vaginalis protozoa is usually infected by a sexual partner during sexual intercourse.

• When Trichomonas vaginalis protozoa is infected in men, symptoms may not appear, but it is common to carry the protozoa in the male vulva.

• You can become infected with Trichomonas vaginalis protozoa when intercourse with males carrying this protozoan. • If you suspect Trichomonas vaginalis vaginitis by combining symptoms, symptoms, medical history, and examination results, vaginal discharge can be collected and examined for protozoa under a microscope for diagnosis.

• The diagnostic reliability of microscopic examination is about 70%, and can be diagnosed with an inPouchTv culture test. Diagnosis by inPouchTv culture test is quite reliable (Source: Contemporary Pediatrics, April 2008. p.57).
