탈력 발작(무동 발작) Akinetic seizures(Atonic seizures/Drop attacks)

  •  탈력 발작은 무동 발작이라고도 한다. 
  • 탈력 발작은 전신 발작(Generalized seizures)의 일종이다. 
  • 경련이 일어나면 의식이 상실된다 간질 발작 분류 참조
  • 신체의 일부의 수의근들이나, 또는 신체의 전체의 수의근들의 긴장력이 갑자기 상실되면서 발작을 하기 때문에 무동 발작(無動發作), 부동 발작(不動發作), 또는 탈력 발작(脫力發作)이라고 한다. 
  • 무동 발작이 일어나면 목 근육에 힘이 없어질 수 있기 때문에 머리를 갑자기 앞으로 숙일 수 있다. 몸 전체의 수의근들에 긴장력이 상실 될 때는 바닥에 갑자기 쓰러지면서 머리 등 신체 다른 부위를 어디에 세게 부딪쳐 외상을 입을 수 있다. 
  • 그러므로 탄력 발작이 있는 아이에게는 발작이 일어나지 않을 때도 두부 외상 등을 입지 않게예방해 주기 위해 헬멧을 쓰게 해야 한다. 
  • 다른 간질 치료약으로 치료되지 않을 때 Clonazepam and similar drugs로 치료할 수 있다.

•  A debilitating seizure is also called a sinless seizure.

• Dehydration seizures are a type of generalized seizures.

• Convulsions result in loss of consciousness See epileptic seizure classification

• A seizure occurs due to the sudden loss of tension in the voluntary muscles of a part of the body or the entire voluntary muscle of the body, so it is called a silent seizure, an immobile seizure, or a debilitating seizure.

• When a sinus seizure occurs, the neck muscles may become weak and the head may be suddenly leaned forward. When tension is lost in the voluntary muscles of the whole body, it suddenly falls on the floor and hits other parts of the body, such as the head, and can cause trauma.

• Therefore, children with elastic seizures should wear a helmet to prevent head trauma, etc., even when seizures do not occur.

• Clonazepam and similar drugs can be used when not treated with other antiepileptic drugs.
