코 외상과 코뼈(비골) 골절의 원인, 증상 징후

코는 안면에서 가장 두드러지게 앞으로 나와 있기 때문에 안전사고 등으로 얼굴을 어디에 부딪치면 제일 먼저 코가 다칠 수 있다.
코에 생긴 외상의 정도, 원인, 그 때 생긴 다른 외상의 유무 등에 따라 증상 징후가 다르다.
코에 타박상을 심하게 입을 때는 코가 붓고 아프면서 코피가 나고 코뼈가 골절될 수 있다.
코뼈는 위로 경골이 있고 그 아래의 코뼈는 연골이 있다(그림 156 참조).
금만 간 경미한 코뼈 골절, 골절된 코뼈의 일부가 비강 내로 쑥 밀려들어간 함몰 코뼈 골절, 골절된 코뼈의 일부가 코의 한쪽으로 밀려들어간 코뼈 골절 등 여러 종류의 코뼈 골절이 생길 수 있다.

코의 비강은 비 중격 뼈로 오른쪽 비강과 왼쪽 비강으로 나누어진다.
비중격이 골절되면 한쪽 비강 속이 다른 쪽 비강 속보다 더 좁아져서 좁은 쪽 비강 속이 쉽게 막힐 수 있다.
이 때 막힌 비강을 통하여 숨쉬기가 곤란하게 된다.

병력, 증상 징후와 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 진단한다.
외상으로 코가 조금 부었을 때는 육안으로 외상 입은 코를 보고 쉽게 진단할 수 있다.
코에 외상을 입은 후 코피가 심하게 나거나, 코가 막히거나, 코가 비뚤어지거나, 코가 많이 부었거나, 또는 코의 외형이 찌그러질 때는 병원 응급실이나 이비인후과에서 진단 치료 받는다.
코 X-선 사진 검사로 코뼈 골절을 진단한다.

코 외상과 코뼈(비골) 골절의 치료

코 외상의 정도에 따라 치료한다.
코뼈(비골) 골절이 없는 단순 코 타박상은 코가 조금 붓고 코피가 조금 날 수 있다.
이 때 코 얼음물 찬찜질 치료를 한다.
코피가 나면 코 맨 앞쪽 비익 부분을 한쪽 손의 엄지와 집게손가락 끝부분으로 잠깐 동안 꼭 쥐고 있으면 그 정도의 코피는 멈춘다.
코뼈가 골절되었다고 의심하면 이비인후과나 병원 응급실에서 치료받는다.
코뼈가 골절됐을 때 적절히 치료하지 않으면 코 모양이 이상하게 변형될 수 있어 외관상 문제가 생길 수 있고 건강상 문제가 뒤따라 올 수 있다. 코뼈가 골절됐을 때는 적절한 시기에 적절히 치료받아야 한다.
코뼈 골절의 정도에 따라 치료가 다르다.
어떤 때는 코뼈가 골절된 후 1주일 정도 기다렸다가 코 외상으로 생긴 부기가 다 내린 후 수술로 치료하기도 한다.

코 뼈는 물렁뼈와 경골로 구성되어 있는데 코뼈가 골절되면 골절된 뼈가 제자리에서 이동되기도 하고 (그림 106 참조)

경골과 무렁뼈가 다 골절될 수도 있고

경골만 골절될 수도 있고

경골과 연골 사이가 떨어질 수도 있다.

골절이 되고 삐면 코의 모양이 일그러질 수 있습니다.

코뼈 골절이 생겼다고 해서 당장 코 뼈 골절을 응급 치료하는 것보다도 어떤 때는 1주일 정도 관찰 치료를 하다가 코뼈 골절을 치료 하기도 합니다.

Causes, symptoms and signs of nasal trauma and fractures of the nasal bone

Since the nose is most prominently protruded from the face, if it bumps into the face due to a safety accident, the nose may be injured first.

Symptoms vary depending on the severity, cause, and presence of other trauma to the nose. Severe bruises on the nose can cause swelling and pain in the nose, causing nosebleeds and fractures of the nasal bones.

The nasal bone has the tibia above it and the nasal bone below it has cartilage (see Figure 156). Several types of fractures of the nasal bones can occur, such as minor fractures of the nasal bones due to cracking, indented nasal fractures in which part of the fractured nasal bone is pushed into the nasal cavity, and nasal fractures in which part of the fractured nasal bones is pushed into one side of the nose.

The nasal cavity of the nose is divided into the right nasal cavity and the left nasal cavity by the nasal septum. We will give you an answer based on the information you provided. Fortunately, babies often fall from heights without any problems. By now, I know that there is nothing wrong with the baby. It is not possible to tell on the Internet whether the nasal bone has fractured or not. The nasal bone is composed of the soft bone and the tibia. When the nasal bone is fractured, the fractured bone is sometimes moved in place (see Figure 106). Both the tibia and the tibia may be fractured.
