치질 Hemorrhoids

치질의 개요와 원인

항문 안쪽 벽과 항문 바로 바깥 부분과 직장관 벽에 있는 정맥의 일부에 생긴 혈전을 치질이라고 한다.
다행히도 소아청소년들에게는 치질이 잘 생기지 않는다.
소아청소년이 치질에 걸리면 치질 치료를 받기 전에 치질의 원인을 꼭 알아보아야 한다.
간경변증이나 문맥 고혈압, 또는 복강 내 하대정맥 또는 흉강 내 하대정맥이 막혔을 때, 또는 복강 내에 있는 정맥 속 정맥혈이 심장 쪽으로 제대로 흘러갈 수 없는 어떤 병이 있을 때 치질이 생길 수 있다.
변비증이 있을 때도 치질이 생길 수 있다. 10대 임신으로 치질이 생길 수 있다.

치질의 증상 징후

직장관 벽 점막층 바로 아래 조직에 있는 정맥에 생긴 치질을 내 치질이라 하고 항문 안벽에 있는 피부층 바로 아래 조직에 있는 정맥에 생긴 치질을 외 치질이라고 한다.
일반적으로 치질이 있으면 항문이 조금 불편할 정도로 아플 수 있다.
정맥류 속에 피가 괴어 꽈리처럼 혈전이 생길 수 있고 그것이 치질이 될 수 있다.
치질이 생긴 부위가 아프고 곪을 수 있고 치질에서 피가 날 수 있다.
대변을 보기 위해 항문에 힘을 줄 때 내 치질이나 외 치질이 항문 밖으로 삐져나올 수 있고, 거기서 피가 나서 대변에 피가 나올 수 있다.

치질의 진단

병력·증상 징후·진찰소견 등을 종합해서 이 병을 진단한다.
필요에 따라 직장내시경 검사로 진단한다.

치질의 치료

원인에 따라 치료한다.
변비증으로 치질이 생겼으면 변비증을 동시 치료한다.
치질이 있는 변비가 없더라도 균형 잡힌 음식물을 섭취해 변비증이 생기지 않도록 예방하면서 때로는 경구용 변비 치료약을 복용해서 일부러 대변을 잘 볼 수 있게 치료 한다.
대부분의 소아청소년들에게 생긴 치질은 수술로 치료하지 않는다.

Hemorrhoids Overview and causes of hemorrhoids

• Blood clots in the inner wall of the anus, in the area just outside the anus, and in some of the veins in the wall of the rectal canal are called hemorrhoids.

• Fortunately, hemorrhoids are less common among children and adolescents.

• If children and adolescents have hemorrhoids, it is important to determine the cause of the hemorrhoids before receiving treatment.

• Hemorrhoids can develop when cirrhosis or portal hypertension, or when the inferior vena cava in the abdominal cavity or the inferior vena cava in the chest is blocked, or when there is some disease in which venous blood in the veins in the abdominal cavity cannot flow properly to the heart.

• Hemorrhoids can occur even when constipation is present. Teen pregnancy can lead to hemorrhoids.

Symptoms signs of hemorrhoids

• Hemorrhoids that develop in veins in the tissues just below the mucous layer of the rectal canal wall are called internal hemorrhoids, and hemorrhoids in the veins in the tissues just below the skin layer in the lining of the anus are called external hemorrhoids.

• In general, if you have hemorrhoids, your anus can be a little uncomfortable.

• Blood in the varicose veins can cause blood clots to form, which can lead to hemorrhoids.

• Hemorrhoids may hurt and fester, and the hemorrhoids may bleed.

• When you apply force to the anus to stool, my or external hemorrhoids may ooze out of the anus, where it may bleed and bleed in the stool.

Diagnosis of hemorrhoids

• Diagnose this disease by synthesizing medical history, symptoms, and examination findings.

• If necessary, diagnose by rectal endoscopy.

Hemorrhoids treatment

• Treat according to the cause.

• If you have hemorrhoids due to constipation, treat constipation at the same time.

• Even if you don’t have hemorrhoids and constipation, eat a balanced diet to prevent constipation from occurring, and sometimes take oral constipation medications to deliberately treat your stool so that you can see it well.

• Hemorrhoids in most children and adolescents are not treated with surgery.
