측두하악골 관절통증 Temporomandibular disorders(Craniomandibular disorders)

측두하악골 관절 장애를 두개골 하악 관절 장애라고도 하고 안면근육통 증후군이라고도 한다.

음식물을 씹을 때 주로 쓰는 근육을 저작근이라 한다.
목의 근육, 또는 안면근육에 이상이 생길 수도 있고 아플 수 있다.
측두 하악골 외상, 측두 하악골 관절염, 측두하악골 형성 이상, 측두 하악골에 생긴 스트레스, 부정교합 등으로 측두 하악골 관절장애가 생길 수 있다.
때로는 두통, 이명증, 등통, 안면 신경통의 증상 징후와 같이 올 수 있다.

측두하악골 관절통증

• Temporomandibular joint disorders are also called craniomandibular joint disorders and facial myalgia syndrome.

The muscles mainly used for chewing food are called masticatory muscles.

• There may be abnormalities in the muscles of the neck or the muscles of the face, or they may be painful.

• Temporal mandibular joint disorders may occur due to temporal mandibular trauma, temporomandibular arthritis, temporomandibular dysplasia, stress on the temporal mandible, and malocclusion.

• Sometimes it can come with symptoms of headache, tinnitus, back pain, and facial neuralgia.

• Treatment depends on the cause.
