천골 장골 관절염 Sacroiliac joint arthritis

여기에 생긴 관절염을 천골 장골 관절염이라 한다. b ◯-고관절

천골 장골에 생긴 관절염을 천골 장골 관절염이라고 한다.
한쪽 아래 허리 부위에 은근한 등통이 생기고 그쪽의 엉덩이와 다리에 통증이 생긴다.
염증이 생긴 천골 장골 관절 부위에 압통이 생기고
그쪽 다리를 곧게 뻗을 수 없다.
병력 진찰 소견 등을 종합해서 이 병을 의심하면 천골 장골 관절 X선 사진 검사와 CT 스캔 검사로 진단한다.
육체적으로 안정을 취하고 세균 감염성 천골 장골 관절염은 항생제로 치료한다.
경우에 따라 수술 치료한다.

Sacroiliac joint arthritis 천골 장골 관절염

Arthritis of the sacrum iliac bones is called sacral iliac arthritis.
Subtle back pain occurs in the lower back area on one side and pain in the buttocks and legs on that side.
Tenderness in the area of the inflamed sacral iliac joint You can’t straighten your leg.
If the disease is suspected based on the findings of the history examination, it is diagnosed by X-ray examination of the sacral iliac joint and CT scan examination.
Rest physically and treat bacterially infectious sacral iliac osteoarthritis with antibiotics. In some cases, it is treated surgically.
