척수 악성종양 Malignant tumor of spinal cord

  • 척수 악성종양에는 원발성 척수 악성종양과 전이성 척수 악성종양 등이 있다. 
  • 척수가 종양으로 눌린 척수나 그 척수 부위에서 나온 말초신경의 분포에 따라 통증과 감각 이상이 생길 수 있고 육체적 운동장애도 생길 수 있다. 

척수 악성종양의 진단 치료 

  • 증상 병력 검진 등으로 이 병을 의심하면 척추 X-선 검사, 척주 CT 스캔 검사, 척주 MRI 검사 등으로 진단하고 정형외과 전문의, 신경내과 외과 전문의, 종양 전문의로부터 치료받는다.

Spinal cord malignancies include primary spinal cord malignancies and metastatic spinal cord malignancies.

Depending on the distribution of the spinal cord pressed by the spinal cord as a tumor or the peripheral nerves from the spinal cord region, pain and sensory abnormalities may occur, and physical movement disorders may also occur.

Diagnosis, treatment of spinal cord malignancies

If you suspect this disease through a medical history examination, etc., you will be diagnosed with spinal X-ray, spinal column CT scan, spinal column MRI, etc., and treated by an orthopedic surgeon, neurology surgeon, or oncologist.
