지베르 증후군(길버트 증후군) Gilbert syndrome

지베르 증후군(길버트 증후군)의 개요

지베르 증후군은 만성 비용혈성 무담즙뇨성 황달이다.
글로쿠로나이드 형성 이상으로 황달이 생긴다.
신생아기의 간접형 빌리루빈의 농도가 6~20 mg/100cc까지 올라가는 것이 보통이다.
모유 섭취나 인공영양 섭취가 불충분하거나 감염병이 있으면 간접형 빌리루빈이 더 증가되고 황달이 더 현저하게 나타날 수 있다.
양성 신생아 질환이고 흔한 병은 아니다.
지베르 증후군을 길버트 증후군이라고도 한다.
지베르 증후군으로 생기는 황달은 신생아기 이후에도 생길 수 있다.

병력, 가족력, 증상 징후, 피검사로 진단한다. 빌리 광선치료, 펜노바비탈로도 치료한다.

Overview of Giver’s Syndrome (Gilbert Syndrome)

• Giver’s Syndrome is chronic non-bleeding non-biliary jaundice.

• Jaundice occurs due to abnormal formation of glocuronide.

• The concentration of indirect bilirubin in the neonatal period usually rises to 6~20 mg/100cc.

• Insufficient milk intake or artificial nutrition, or an infectious disease may lead to an increase in indirect bilirubin and more pronounced jaundice.

• Benign neonatal disease and not common.

• Giver’s syndrome is also known as Gilbert’s syndrome.

• Jaundice caused by Giver’s Syndrome can occur after neonatal life.

• Diagnosis is based on medical history, family history, symptoms, and blood tests. Billy’s phototherapy and fennovabital are also used.
