지도상 설(지도모양 혀) Geographic tongue

조금 반들거리고 회백색, 재색 또는 적색을 띤 둥그런 반점이 혓바닥 위 여기저기에 지도 모양으로 생길 수 있다.
이런 혀를 지도상 설, 지도상 혀 또는 지도모양 혀라고 한다.
원인은 확실히 모른다.
알레르기 질환을 가진 아이들에게 더 잘 생긴다.
지도모양 혀의 원인은 알레르기에 의한 증상이라고 추정된다.
혓바닥 위에 난 반점의 모양과 크기는 다양하다.
지도모양 혀가 생긴 후 며칠이 지나가면 저절로 다 없어지지만 자주 재발될 수 있다.
한 개 내지 여러 개의 반점이 동시에 혓바닥 위에 날 수 있다.
지도모양 혀가 있을 때는 아프지 않다.

Geographic tongue 지도상 설(지도모양 혀)

• Slightly shiny, grayish, grayish, or reddish round spots can form maps all over the tongue. • These tongues are called map tongues, map tongues, or map-shaped tongues.

• The cause is not clear.

• It is more prone to children with allergic conditions.

• The cause of the map-shaped tongue is presumed to be a symptom of allergies.

• The spots on the tongue vary in shape and size.

• A map-shaped tongue disappears on its own in a few days after it develops, but it can recur frequently.

• One or several spots may fly on the tongue at the same time.

• It doesn’t hurt when you have a map-shaped tongue.
