주상골 스트레스 골절 Navicular stress fracture

넓이 뛰기 운동선수에게 더 잘 생길 수 있다.
골절이 주상골에 생길 수 있다.
주상골이 있는 부위에 압통이 생길 수 있다.
발 CT 스캔 검사나 MRI 검사로 진단할 수 있다.
6~8주 동안 문제 있는 발을 더 이상 쓰지 않고
육체적 휴식으로 치료하는 것이 보통이다.

Navicular stress fracture 주상골 스트레스 골절

• More likely to occur in wide jump athletes.

• Fractures can occur in the scaphoid bone.

• There may be tenderness in the area where the navicular bone is located.

• It can be diagnosed with a foot CT scan or MRI scan.

• Stop using the problem foot for 6-8 weeks.

• Treatment is usually done with physical rest.
