조갑 주위염(생인 손)의 개요, 원인과 증상 징후

손톱이나 발톱 주위가 가시나 바늘, 또는 날카로운 물체로 찔려 상처를 입으면 상처에 박테리아 감염이 생기고 그로 손톱 주위에 생긴 박테리아 감염병을 조갑 주위염이라 한다.
손톱이 난 피부 주위가 붓고, 발적되고, 아프고 만지면 압통이 있다. 계속 진행되면 더 곪고 노란 고름이 잡힐 수 있다.

조갑 주위염(생인 손)의 진단 치료

육안으로 보고 진단한다.
주사 바늘이나 수술 칼로 조갑주위염 환부를 째고 고름을 빼고 국소 도포용 항생제 연고를 바르거나 경구용 항생제를 복용해 치료한다.
통증은 타이레놀 등 경구용 진통제로 진통시킨다.
고름 속 박테리아가 환아의 신체의 다른 부위나 다른 사람에게 감염되지 않도록 주의한다.

Bacterial infection occurs in the wound when the fingernails or toenails are punctured with thorns, needles, or sharp objects, and bacterial infections around the nails are called peritonitis.
The area around the skin with nails is swollen, red, painful, and tender when touched. If it continues, more festering and yellow pus can be caught.

Diagnosis, treatment

Diagnose with the naked eye.
Treat the affected area with an injection needle or surgical knife, drain the pus, apply topical antibiotic ointment, or take oral antibiotics.
Pain is relieved with oral pain relievers such as Tylenol.
Be careful not to infect the bacteria in the pus to other parts of the child’s body or to others.
