정신적 요인으로 등통을 호소할 수 있다.
앞서 설명한 기질적 병이나 그 외 다른 기질적 병으로 인해 등통이 생기지 않으면 정신적인 문제로 등통이 생긴다고 추정 진단할 수 있다.
정신적 감정적 정서적 문제의 원인을 알아서 치료하고
필요에 따라 임상심리사나 정신과 전문의의 치료를 받아야 한다.
