장축염전증(장염전) Volvulus

장축염전증(장염전) Volvulus

소장관이나 소장관 이외 위장관의 일부가 꼬여져서 생기는 장폐쇄증을 장축염전증, 축염전증, 장염전, 또는 장꼬임증이라고도 한다.

  • 축염전증은 공장의 중간 부분에도 생길 수 있고, 십이지장, 또는 위에도 생길 수 있다.
  • 십이지장을 횡단하는 래드대로 인해서 십이지장관에 장축염전증이 생길 수 있다.
  • 장 축염전증이 생기는 이병률은 500명의 출생 신생아들 중 한 명 정도이다.
  • 장 축염전증의 25~40%는 생후 1주 내에 생길 수 있고, 50%는 생후 1개월경에 생기고, 75%는 생후 1년 내에 발생된다.
  • 그러나 장 축염전증은 영유아들을 비롯해서 그 이후 학령기 아이들이나 사춘기 아이들, 성인들에게도 발생될 수 있다.
  • 이 병만 따로 생길 수도 있지만 선천성 횡격막 허니아, 위식도 역류, 소장 폐쇄, 거대결장, 장 중접증, 메켈 게실, 선천성 위장관 기형, 또는 총 배출강 유잔 등이 있을 때 동시 생길 수 있다.

장축염전증(장염전)의 증상 징후

  • 구토, 복통, 탈수, 흡수장애 등의 증상 징후이 급성으로 또는 재발성으로 올 수 있다.

장축염전증(장염전)의 진단

  • 증상 징후, 병력, 진찰소견, 복부 X-선 사진과 위장관 초음파 검사로 진단할 수 있다.

장축염전증(장염전)의 치료

  • 수술 치료한다.

 

Volvulus 장축염전증(장염전)

Volvulus Intestinal obstruction caused by twisting of the small intestine or part of the gastrointestinal tract other than the small intestine is also called ileus, axial inflammatory disease, intestinal inflammatory disease, or intestinal kinking. Causes of Volvulus

• It can also occur in the middle part of the jejunum, and it can also occur in the duodenum or stomach.

• Intestinal inflammatory disease in the duodenal canal can result from a rod crossing the duodenum.

• The prevalence of intestinal axis infection is about one in 500 newborns.

• 25~40% of intestinal inflammatory disease can occur within 1 week of life, 50% occur around 1 month of age, and 75% occur within 1 year of life.

• However, intestinal inflammatory disease can occur in infants and young children, as well as in school-age children, adolescents, and adults thereafter.

• This disease may occur separately, but may occur concurrently with congenital diaphragmatic honeysuckle, gastroesophageal reflux, small intestine obstruction, megacolon, intestinal tract, mechel diverticulum, congenital gastrointestinal malformations, or total drainage cavity.

Symptoms signs of Volvulus

• Symptoms such as vomiting, abdominal pain, dehydration, and malabsorption may be acute or recurrent.

Diagnosis of Volvulus

• Symptoms, medical history, examination findings, abdominal x-rays and ultrasound of the gastrointestinal tract can be used to diagnose.

Treatment of Volvulus

• Surgical treatment.
