장골 악성종양 Malignant tumor of iliac bone

  • 장골(엉덩이뼈)에 생긴 악성종양을 장골 악성종양이라고 한다. 
  • 장골 악성종양이 있을 때 악성종양이 난 쪽의 다리에 통증이 생길 수 있고 때로는 감각 이상도 생길 수 있다.
  • 좌골 X선 사진검사, 좌골 CT 스캔 검사(컴퓨터단층촬영술), 좌골 MRI 검사 등으로 진단한다. 
  • 치료는 정형외과 전문의, 종양학 전문의 등으로부터 한다. 

Malignant tumor of iliac bone 장골 악성종양

Malignant tumors in the ilium (hip bone) are called iliac malignancies.

In the presence of a malignant iliac tumor, pain may occur in the leg on the side of the malignant tumor, and sometimes paresthesia may occur.

Diagnosis is performed by sciatic x-ray photo examination, sciatic CT scan (computed tomography), and sciatic MRI.

Treatment is performed by an orthopedic surgeon, an oncologist, etc.
