Td 백신 :파상풍이나 디프테리아가 만 7세나 그 이상 소아 청소년에게 발생되지 않게 파상풍이나 디프테리아를 예방접종할 때 쓰는 파상풍과 디프테리아 종합 백신이다.

자상, 절상, 찰과상 등 상처를 입은 아이가 7세 이하일 때는 TD 백신이나 DTaP 백신으로 파상풍을 예방접종한다.

TIG: 파상풍 면역 글로불린(사람)

Tdap 백신 :추가 테타누스 톡소이드백신, 감량된 디프테리아 백신과 톡소이드와 무세포성 백일해 백신.

각주

1-쓰레기, 흙, 대변, 또는 침 등이 묻은 자상, 절상, 찰과상, 총상, 화상, 또는 동상 등 외상을 입었을 경우

2-과거에 한 번도 추가 테타누스 톡소이드(T) 백신으로 접종 받지 않은 사춘기 아이들에게는 TD 백신으로 접종하는 대신 Tdap 백신으로 접종한다. Tdap 백신이 없거나 이전에 Tdap 백신으로 접종받은 사춘기 아이들에게는 테타누드 톡소이이드(TT) 백신으로 접종 받는 대신 Td 백신으로 접종한다.

3-TIG가 없으면 면역 글로불린주사를 맞아야 한다.

4-이전에 테타누스 톡소이드를 3차만 접종받았으면, 4차 테타누스 톡소이드 백신으로 접종을 받아야 한다.

5-마지막 테타누스 백신이 든 백신으로 접종받은 지 10년이나 그 이상 경과했으면, yes다

6-마지막 테타누스 백신이 든 백신으로 접종받은 지 5년이나 그 이상 경과했으면, 추가 예방접종이 필요치 않다.

☞ 살고 있는 지방 및 나라에 따라, 과거 파상풍 예방 접종을 받은 횟수에 따라 상처의 중증도에 따라 파상풍 예방 접종을 받는 방법이 다르다.

1- In case of trauma such as punctures, cuts, abrasions, gunshot wounds, burns, or frostbite with trash, soil, feces, or saliva

2- Adolescent children who have never received an additional tetanus toxoid (T) vaccine in the past are given the Tdap vaccine instead of the TD vaccine. Adolescent children who did not have the Tdap vaccine or who have previously received the Tdap vaccine are given the Td vaccine instead of the tetanus toxoid (TT) vaccine. If you don’t have

3-if no TIG, you will need an immunoglobulin injection.

4-If you have only received the 3rd dose of tetanus toxoid before, you should be vaccinated with the 4th tetanus toxoid vaccine.

5-If 10 years or more have passed since the last vaccination with the tetanus vaccine, yes,

6-yes If more than 5 years have passed since you received the vaccine with the -last tetanus vaccine, no additional vaccinations are required. ☞

The method of getting tetanus vaccination differs depending on the severity of the wound depending on the number of times you have been vaccinated against tetanus in the past, depending on the province and country you live in
