자가 면역 질환으로 인한 호중구 감소증 Autoimmune neutropenia

Rh 부적합으로 빈혈과 황달이 생기는 기전과 거의 같게 호중구 항원과 호중구 항체에 이상반응이 생겨 호중구가 파괴되고 그로 인해 호중구 감소증이 생길 수 있다.
때로는 호중구 수치가 극도로 감소될 수 있고 이런 감소가 6~24개월 동안 계속 되다가 자연히 회복될 수 있다. 감염병에 심하게 걸릴 수 있다. 감마 글로불린과 코티코스테로이드제로 치료할 수 있다.
때로는 연소성 류마토이드 관절염이나 전신 홍반성 낭창을 앓을 때 그로 인해서도 이런 종류의 호중구 감소증이 생길 수 있다. 때로는 자연적으로 치료될 수 있다.

그 외 다른 원인으로도 호중구 감소증이 생길 수 있다.

Autoimmune neutropenia due to autoimmune disease 자가 면역 질환으로 인한 호중구 감소증

In almost the same way as the mechanism of anemia and jaundice due to Rh incompatibility, adverse reactions to neutrophil antigens and neutrophil antibodies occur, destroying neutrophils, resulting in neutropenia.
Sometimes neutrophil levels can be extremely reduced, and this decrease can last for 6 to 24 months and then recover spontaneously.
You can get severely infected with infectious diseases.
It can be treated with gamma globulin and corticosteroids. Sometimes juvenile rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus can lead to this type of neutropenia.
Sometimes it can be healed naturally.
