임신부 말라리아, Malaria during pregnancy

임신부가 말라리아에 걸리면 임신부 자신이나 태아의 생명에도 위험성이 상당히 많고 임상적으로 심히 앓을 수 있다.

• 임신부 자신이 심하게 앓을 수 있고 사망할 수도 있다
• 태아가 사망할 수 있다
• 유산, 사산, 미숙아 출산율이 높다.

말라리아에 걸리지 않게 모기에 물이지 않게 예방한다.

• 저녁 때 부터 아침까지 집안에서 머물러 있는다..
• 밝은 색 긴 소매 위 옷과 긴 바지 옷을 입는다.
• 스크린이 있는 잘 진 집에 머문다.
• 곤충 퇴출 약품을 이용한다,

• 임신부가 말라리아에 걸리면 응급을 치료 한다
• Chloroiquine으로 치료가 되는 열대열 말라리아가 유행하는 하이티나 중동 지역으로 여행 갈 때는 chloroiquine으로 예방 한다,
• Chloroiquine치료에 저항하는 열대열 말라리아가 유행하는 지역으로 여행 갈 때는 mefloquine으로 예방한다.
• Malarone으로 예방하는 것을 권장하지 않는다.
• Doxycycline 임신부에 금기다.
• Primaquine은 G6PD 결핍이 있는 신생아에게 농혈위험성 있을 수 있기 때문이 쓰지 않는다.

• Emergency treatment for pregnant women with malaria
• Tropical fever treated with chloroquine
• When traveling to the Middle East or Haitian, where malaria is prevalent,
• it is prevented with chloroquine.
• When traveling to areas with tropical fever malaria that are resistant to chloroquine treatment, prevent them with mefloquine.
• Prevention with Malarone is not recommended.
• Contraindicated in pregnant women with Doxycycline.
• Primaquine is not used because it may present a risk of congestion in newborns with G6PD deficiency.
