일광 피부 손상 Skin photodamage by the sunlight

아침 햇볕과 저녁때 햇볕의 자외선은 약해서 피부손상이 덜 생긴다.

피부의 노화현상과 피부손상은 주로 두 가지 원인으로 생긴다.
하나는 자연적으로 오는 노화현상으로 인한 내적 손상이고 다른 하나는 햇볕 노출로 인한 외적손상이다.
피부의 각화증, 피부 암, 또는 악성 멜라노마 등이 부적절한 자외선 노출로 생길 수 있다.
이런 이유로 햇볕에 과도히 노출되지 말고 일광차단제 크림 등을 이용해 태양 광선으로 인한 피부 손상을 예방해야 한다.

Skin aging and skin damage are mainly caused by two factors.

One is internal damage caused by natural aging and the other is external damage caused by sun exposure. Skin keratosis, skin cancer, or malignant melanoma can be caused by inadequate UV exposure.

For this reason, avoid excessive exposure to the sun and use a sunscreen cream to prevent damage to the skin caused by the sun’s rays.
