이단성 골연골염 Osteochondritis dissecans

보통 12~15세 사춘기 아이들이 과도하게 팔꿈치를 이용해 운동을 많이 할 때 골에서 연골이 떨어져 생기는 손상이다.
팔꿈치 외측에 통증이 생기고 붓고 팔꿈치를 뻗칠 때 아프다.
X선 검사와 MRI 검사로 진단한다.
관찰적 치료를 하거나 정형외과에서 수술로 치료를 할 수 있다.

Osteochondritis dissecans, heterogeneous osteochondritis 이단성 골연골염

• Usually, when adolescents aged 12 to 15 years old exercise excessively using their elbows, cartilage is damaged from the bone.

• Pain and swelling on the outside of the elbow and pain when extending the elbow. • Diagnosis by X-ray examination and MRI examination.

• Treatment can be performed observationally or surgically in an orthopedic surgeon.
