위장관 아나필락시스 (위장관 아나필락시스 반응) Gastrointestinal anaphylaxis

 

  • 음식물 알레르기 중 위장관 아나필락시스가 생길 수 있다.
  • 면역글로불린 E(IgE) 매개로 생긴다.
  • 항원이 되는 음식물을 먹고 몇 분 내 생길 수 있고 때로는 한두 시간 내 생기기도 한다.
  • 구기, 구토, 복통의 증상이 생길 수 있고 항원이 되는 음식물을 먹고 2~6시간에 설사를 시작하는 것이 보통이다. 
  • 때로는 피부계와 호흡기계에 음식물 알레르기의 증상 징후가 생기기도 한다. 
  • 우유, 달걀, 땅콩, 메주콩, 밀가루 음식, 어패류 등이 가장 흔한 음식물 알레르기의 항원이다. 출처;Pediatric annals, vol 37, November 8, 2008

Gastrointestinal anaphylaxis

• Gastrointestinal anaphylaxis can occur during food allergies.

• It is caused by the mediation of immunoglobulin E (IgE).

• Can occur within minutes of eating antigenic foods, sometimes within an hour or two.

• Symptoms of goji, vomiting, and abdominal pain may occur, and diarrhea usually begins 2 to 6 hours after eating antigenic foods.

• Sometimes the skin and respiratory system have symptoms of food allergy.

• Milk, eggs, peanuts, soybeans, flour foods, and seafood are the most common food allergens. Source; Pediatric annals, vol 37, November 8, 2008
