월경 과다(과다월경) Hypermenorrhea

월경 과다(과다월경) Hypermenorrhea

  • 월경 주기도 정상이고 월경 기간도 정상인데 월경 출혈 양이 정상 이상으로 과다한 것을 월경과다 또는 과다 월경이라고 한다.

월경 과다(과다월경)의 원인

  • 기능성 자궁 출혈(Menometrorhagia)로 월경과다가 생길 수 있고 
  • 기질적 자궁 출혈로 월경과다가 생길 수 있다. 
  • 기능성 자궁 출혈은 
  • 기능 부전성 자궁출혈, 
  • 선천성 혈액응고 이상, 
  • 아스피린 등 약물 치료 중 생기는 부작용, 
  • 혈소판 감소증, 
  • 호르몬제 섭취, 
  • 갑상선 이상, 
  • 임신, 
  • 자궁내막염 등으로 생길 수 있다. 
  • 기능 부전성 자궁출혈은 초경을 한 이후 무 배란 상태에서 생기기 쉽다.

월경 과다(과다월경)의 증상 징후

  • 정상 월경 출혈량보다 과도하게 더 많이 월경 출혈이 생기기 때문에 빈혈이 생길 수 있고, 
  • 갑자기 너무 많이 월경출혈이 생기면 쇼크에 빠질 수 있다.

월경 과다(과다월경)의 치료

  • 에스트로겐과 프로게스트론의 수요공급의 균형이 깨져 월경과다가 생겼을 때는 Norethynodrel 등 호르몬제로 치료한다. 
  • 그 외 원인으로 생긴 월경 과다는 그 원인에 따라 치료한다.
  • 최근에, 월경 과다를 Levonorgestrel 자궁 내 장치(Mirena)로 치료하기도 한다.

Hypermenorrhea 월경 과다(과다월경)

• The menstrual cycle is normal and the menstrual period is normal, but the amount of menstrual bleeding exceeding normal is called excessive menstruation or excessive menstruation.

Causes of excessive menstruation (hypermenorrhea)

• Functional uterine bleeding (Menometrorhagia) can lead to overmenstrual

• Organic uterine bleeding can lead to overmenstruation

• Functional uterine bleeding

• dysfunctional uterine bleeding,

• congenital blood clotting abnormalities,

• Side effects during medication such as aspirin,

• thrombocytopenia,

• hormone intake,

• thyroid abnormalities,

• Pregnant,

• It can be caused by endometritis.

• Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is more likely to occur after menarche and in a state of anovulation.

Signs of symptoms of excessive menstruation (hypermenorrhea)

• Menstrual bleeding is excessively greater than normal menstrual bleeding, which can lead to anemia,

• Suddenly too much menstrual bleeding can lead to shock.

Treatment of excessive menstruation (hypermenorrhea)

• When the balance between the supply and demand of estrogen and progestrone is disturbed and menstrual overdose occurs, treatment with hormones such as Norethynodrel.

• Menstrual excess caused by other causes is treated according to the cause.

• Recently, menstrual overdose has been treated with the Levonorgestrel intrauterine device (Mirena).
