요도 탈출증 Urethral prolapse

요도 탈출증 Urethral prolapse

  • 요도 점막층의 일부가 외요도구 속을 통해서 탈출되는 병을 요도 탈출증이라고 한다.
  • 일반적으로, 아프지는 않다.
  • 뇨 출혈(혈뇨)이 생길 수 있고,
  • 빨간 요도관의 점막층의 덩어리가 외요도관 입구 속에서 보일 수 있다.
  • 그 덩어리의 중앙에 외요도구가 있을 수 있고, 그 외 요도구에서 소변이 나오는 것을 볼 수 있다.
  • 보통 5~8세 유아기나 학령기 여아에게 발병될 수 있는데,
  • 원인은 잘 모른다. 그러나 외 요도구관 벽의 결합조직이 약하거나, 기침 등으로 복강 내 압이 증가될 때 생길 수 있다고 믿는다.
  • 따뜻한 물 좌욕, 에스트로겐 크림을 탈출된 요도구의 국소에 바르고, 항생제 크림을 발라 치료할 수 있다.
  • 외과적 치료가 필요한 경우는 드물다.

 

Urethral prolapse 요도 탈출증

• A disease in which a part of the urethral mucosa layer is prolapsed through the external urethra is called urethral prolapse.

• In general, I am not sick.

• Urinary bleeding (hematuria) may occur,

• A clump of the mucous layer of the red urethra can be seen inside the entrance of the external urethra.

• There may be an external ureter in the center of the lump, and urine can be seen coming out of the urethra oriffice.

• It can usually occur in infants or school-age girls aged 5 to 8 years.

• I don’t know the cause. However, it is believed that it can occur when the connective tissue in the wall of the external ureteral canal is weak, or when the pressure in the abdominal cavity increases due to coughing or the like.

• Warm water sitz bath, estrogen cream is applied topically to the prolapsed urethra, and antibiotic cream can be applied to treat it. • Rarely need surgical treatment.
