외음질 아프타(외음질 아프타증) Volvovaginal aphtha
  • 여아의 외음이나 질에 직경 5~20mm의 타원형 궤양이 생길 수 있다.
  • 보통 10~18세 사춘기 여아에게 더 흔히 생긴다.
  • 원인은 확실히 모르나, 바이러스 감염으로 생기는 것으로 추정한다.
  • 좀 아플 수 있다.
  • 아프타 궤양이 생기기 바로 전 경미한 열·피곤·인두통이 생길 수 있다.
  • 외음질 헤르페스바이러스 감염, 매독 등과 감별 진단한다.
  • 경구용 Prednisone제로 치료하고,
  • 통증은 진통제로 대증 치료한다.

Vulvovaginal aphtha 외음질 아프타(외음질 아프타증)

• Oval ulcers with a diameter of 5 to 20 mm may develop on the vulva or vagina of a girl.

• More common in adolescent girls, usually 10 to 18 years old.

• The cause is unknown, but it is presumed to be caused by a viral infection.

• It can be a little sick.

• You may have mild fever, fatigue, and sore throat just before you develop an aphtha ulcer.

• Differentially diagnose vulvovaginal herpesvirus infection and syphilis.

• Treated with oral Prednisone, • Pain is usually treated with painkillers.
