옴 Scabies

옴 Scabies

  • 옴은 일종의 마이트 감염으로 생기는 전염성 피부 감염이고 감염성 성병이다.
  • 외음, 손, 발, 몸통, 음경을 비롯한 외부생식기 등에 기생하는 것이 보통이다.
  • 마이트가 기생하는 피부 부위가 가렵고, 긁으면 피부 손상이 생기고 거기에 세균이 감염되면 부스럼과 농가진 등 2차 세균 감염이 생길 수 있다.

Scabies 옴

• Scabies is a contagious skin infection caused by a type of mite infection and is an infectious sexually transmitted disease.

• It is common to have parasites on the external genitalia, including the vulva, hands, feet, torso, and penis.

• If the skin area where mite is parasitic is itchy, scratches can damage the skin, and if bacteria are infected there, secondary bacterial infections such as swelling and impetigo can occur.

• Treat with topical drugs such as Permethrin.
