에르브 마비와 어깨 관절 탈골 Erb’s palsy and dislocated shoulder

약 9%의 에르브 마비는 그쪽 어깨 관절에 탈구가 함께 발견된다.
그쪽 어깨 관절의 수동적 외회전이 갑자기 안 되고, 그쪽 팔이 정상 쪽 팔보다 더 짧고 양어깨의 피부 주름살의 모양과 깊이가 차이 나는 증상 징후와 에르브 마비로 인한 증상이 동시 나타난다.
병력, 증상 징후, 진찰소견, 어깨 관절의 초음파 검사로 진단한다.
에르브 마비를 적절히 치료하면서 어깨 관절 탈구를 정형 정복치료한다.

About 9% of Erb’s palsy is found with a dislocation in the shoulder joint.

The passive external rotation of the shoulder joint suddenly fails, the arm is shorter than the normal arm, the shape and depth of the skin folds on both shoulders are different, and the symptoms caused by Erb’s palsy appear at the same time.

Diagnosis is made by medical history, symptomatic signs, examination findings, and ultrasound examination of the shoulder joint.

Orthopedic reduction treatment of shoulder joint dislocation while properly treating Erb’s palsy.
