양성 호중구 감소증 Benign neutropenia

 

  • 호중구 수치가 감소되어 있으나 전반적으로 증상 징후가 양성으로 나타나는 것을 양성 호중구 감소증이라 한다. 
  • CBC 피 검사에서 호중구 수치가 정상 이하로 조금 감소되어도 감염병에 특별히 더 걸리지 않는 것이 보통이고 감염병에 걸려도 호중구 감소가 없는 정상아들과 거의 같은 정도로 앓든지, 또는 조금 더 심하게 앓을 수 있다. 
  • 구강 점막층의 궤양과 치은 구강염이 경미하게 생길 수 있다. 
  • 이런 증상 징후가 몇 달 내지 몇 년간 계속될 수 있다. 
  • 이 병에 특별한 치료법이 없고 필요에 따라 진통제로 치료할 수 있다. 

Benign neutropenia 양성 호중구 감소증

  • Positive neutropenia is called positive neutropenia when the number of neutrophils is decreased, but symptoms are generally positive.
  • In the CBC blood test, even if the level of neutrophils decreases slightly below normal, it is common that they are not particularly susceptible to an infectious disease.
  • Mild ulcers and gingivitis of the oral mucosa may develop.
  • Signs of these symptoms can persist for months to years.
  • There is no specific treatment for this disease and can be treated with pain relievers as needed.
