약물에 의한 폐렴(약물성 폐렴) Drug peumonitis

• 헤로인이나 메사돈 등 마약을 사용 할 때, 그 외 약물로 어떤 병을 치료를 받을 때 약물 부작용으로, 약물 알레르기로 인해 폐렴이 생길 수 있다. 또 약물 유해 작용으로 폐렴이 생길 수 있다.
• 약물로 인해 폐 속에 비정상적으로 체액이 많이 괴어 폐수종(肺水腫)도 생길 수 있다.
• 이런 경우, 약물 알레르기로 폐렴이 생겼는지, 약물 부작용으로 폐렴이 생겼는지, 약물 유해 작용으로 폐렴이 생겼는지, 세균 감염으로 폐렴이 생겼는지 확실히 쉽게 알 수 없다.
• 사용하던 약물로 더 이상 치료하지 말고 대신 다른 약물로 적절히 치료한다.

Drug-induced pneumonia (drug pneumonia) 약물에 의한 폐렴(약물성 폐렴) Drug peumonitis

• Pneumonia may occur due to drug allergies as a side effect of drugs when using drugs such as heroin or mesadon, or when receiving treatment with other drugs. In addition, pneumonia can occur due to adverse drug effects.

• Pulmonary edema may occur due to abnormal body fluid buildup in the lungs due to drugs.

• In this case, it is not easy to know for sure whether pneumonia is caused by a drug allergy, pneumonia due to drug side effects, pneumonia due to adverse drug effects, or pneumonia due to bacterial infection.

• Stop treating with the old drug, but instead treat it appropriately with another drug.
