약물에 의한 신장염( 약물성 신장염/약물 신장염) Drug nephritis
- 배시트라신, 카나마이신, 벤코마이신 등 항생제,
- 페니실라민, 약용 금, 수은제 등의 약물,
- 암포테리신, 설파, INH, 비타민 D 등의 약물로 치료 받을 때, 약물 등으로 신장이 손상되어 신증후군, 신요석증, 신장염 또는 신부전증 등의 부작용이 생길 수 있다. 신증후군 참조
- 신장염이 약물 알레르기로 생겼는지, 또는 약물 유해 작용이나 약물 부작용으로 생겼는지 확실히 알 수 없는 때가 있다.
- 신장염이 생기면, 쓰던 약물을 중지한다.

Drug nephritis (drug nephritis/drug nephritis) 약물에 의한 신장염( 약물성 신장염/약물 신장염)
• Antibiotics such as bacitracin, kanamycin, bencomycin,
• drugs such as penicillamine, medicinal gold, and mercury,
• When receiving treatment with drugs such as amphotericin, sulfa, INH, vitamin D, etc., the kidneys may be damaged, causing side effects such as nephrotic syndrome, nephrolithiasis, nephritis or kidney failure. See Nephrotic Syndrome
• There are times when it is not clear whether nephritis is caused by a drug allergy, or as a result of adverse drug reactions or side effects.
• If you develop nephritis, stop taking medication.
