약물로 인한 호중구 감소증 Neutropenia due to drugs
- 세포독성 약물이나 방사선에 노출되거나 방사선 치료 등으로 호중구 수치가 감소될 수 있고
- 약물 특발성 반응으로 인해 호중구 수치가 감소되고 그로 인해 호중구 감소증이 생길 수 있다.
- 약물로 인해 호중구가 감소되면 골수가 정상이든지 과대 형성이 생기든지 또는 저 형성증이 생길 수 있다.
- 증상 징후 진단은 약물로 인한 백혈구 감소증을 참조.
- 치료에 쓰던 약물을 즉시 중단한다.
Neutropenia due to drugs 약물로 인한 호중구 감소증
- Exposure to cytotoxic drugs or radiation, or radiation therapy, can reduce neutrophil counts.
- The drug idiopathic reaction results in a decrease in neutrophil counts, which can lead to neutropenia.
- Reduction of neutrophils due to drugs can lead to normal or hyperplasia of the bone marrow, or hypoplasia. Symptoms For symptomatic diagnosis, see drug-induced leukopenia.
- Immediately stop any medications used for treatment.
