알레르기성 위장염(알레르기성 장질환) Allergic gastroenteritis(Allergic bowel disease)

  • 단백질 항원과 그의 항체(E 면역체, IgE) 이상 작용으로 인해 IgE 중매성 알레르기 질환이 위장관에 생길 수 있다. 
  • 이 병을 IgE 면역체 위장염은 IgE 중개 알레르기성 위장염이라고 한다. 
  • IgE 중개 알레르기 위장염이 위(胃)에만 생기면 IgE 중개 알레르기성 위염, 소장에만 생기면 IgE 중개 알레르기성 소장염, 대장에만 생기면 IgE 중개 알레르기성 대장염이라고 한다. 
  • 일반적으로 알레르기성 장질환 또는 알레르기성 위장염이라고 부른다. 
  • 그 때문에 이 병명에 관해 혼동이 생길 수 있다.
  • 또 IgE 중개 알레르기성 장질환을 음식물 과민증이라고도 한다. 
  • 즉, 음식물 과민증은 주로 우유, 달걀, 땅콩, 생선, 밀, 보리 음식물에 든 단백질로 인해 생긴다.

Allergic gastroenteritis (Allergic bowel disease) 알레르기성 위장염(알레르기성 장질환)

• IgE matched allergic diseases can occur in the gastrointestinal tract due to abnormal effects of protein antigens and their antibodies (E-immune, IgE).

• IgE immune system gastroenteritis is called IgE-mediated allergic gastroenteritis.

• IgE-mediated allergic gastroenteritis is called IgE-mediated allergic gastritis if it occurs only in the stomach, IgE-mediated allergic enteritis if it occurs only in the small intestine, and IgE-mediated allergic colitis if it occurs only in the large intestine.

• It is commonly referred to as allergic bowel disease or allergic gastroenteritis.

• This can lead to confusion about the disease name.

• IgE-mediated allergic bowel disease is also referred to as food intolerance.

• In other words, food intolerance is mainly caused by protein in milk, eggs, peanuts, fish, wheat and barley foods.
