안와 주위 좌상 Periorbital contusion

  • 사고로 안와 부위가 경미하게 멍들고 부었을 때는 사고가 난 후 곧 얼음물 주머니나 찬물수건으로 찬찜질을 한다.
  • 가벼운 충격으로 새파랗게 멍든 눈두덩 외상은 1~2주 정도 지나면 자연히 낫는다.
  • 눈두덩이나 안구 주위의 피부, 또는 근육 등을 어디에 심하게 부딪힌 후 처음 며칠 동안 밤에 자고 아침 기상 후 눈두덩과 그 주위와 눈꺼풀이 많이 부어 있는 것을 발견 할 수 있다.
  • 때로는 그로 인해 눈을 뜰 수 없을 정도이다.
  • 이때도 역시 찬물수건 찬찜질 치료를 하든지 그대로 놓고 관찰하면 대개 자연히 낫는다.
  • 시력 이상이 있든지, 눈이 아프면 안구에 어떤 이상이 있나 알아보기 위해 의사의 진찰과 치료를 곧 받아야 한다.

Periorbital contusion 안와 주위 좌상

• If the orbital area is slightly bruised and swollen due to an accident, immediately after the accident, apply a cold compress with an ice pack or a cold towel.

• The trauma to the eyelids that have turned blue due to a light impact will heal naturally in 1 to 2 weeks.

• You may find that the eyelids and around the eyelids are very swollen after sleeping at night for the first few days after hitting the eyelids or the skin or muscles around the eyes. • Sometimes it makes it impossible to open my eyes.

• Again at this time, treatment with cold water towels or cold compresses or leave it as it is and observe it usually heals itself.

• If you have vision problems or your eyes hurt, see your doctor right away to find out if there is something wrong with your eyes.
