악성 종양이나 백혈병으로 인한 호중구 감소증 Neutropenia due to malignant tumors or leukemia

  • 악성 종양 세포나 백혈병의 악성 세포가 골수에 침입해서 호중구가 정상적으로 생성될 수 없어 호중구 수치가 감소되고 그로 인해서 생기는 증상 징후를 호중구 감소증이라 한다. 
  • 호중구만 감소되지 않고 다른 종류의 백혈구, 적혈구, 혈소판 등 전반적으로 동시 감소되는 것이 보통이다. 
  • 혈소판이 감소되면 출혈이 피부와 점막과 각종 기관에 생길 수 있다. 
  • 백혈구도 감소되거나 빈혈이 생길 수 있다. 
  • 호중구가 많이 감소되면 박테리아 감염병에 쉽게 걸릴 수 있다. 
  • 악성 종양이나 백혈병에 따라 치료한다. 

 

Neutropenia due to malignant tumors or leukemia 악성 종양이나 백혈병으로 인한 호중구 감소증

  • Because malignant tumor cells or leukemia malignant cells invade the bone marrow, neutrophils cannot be normally produced, so the neutrophil count decreases, and the resulting symptom is called neutropenia.
  • Not only neutrophils are reduced, but other types of white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets are generally reduced simultaneously.
  • When platelets are reduced, bleeding can occur in the skin, mucous membranes and various organs.
  • White blood cells may also decrease or anemia may develop.
  • A significant decrease in neutrophils can lead to bacterial infections. Treated according to a malignant tumor or leukemia.
