후천성 고관절 탈구의 원인

  • 출생 후 고관절 관절낭 속에 정상으로 들어 있던 대퇴골의 두부가 고관절 관절낭 속에서 탈구될 때 후천성 고관절 탈구라고 한다.
  • 교통사고, 낙상, 또는 그 밖의 다른 안전사고로 고관절이 탈구될 수 있다.

후천성 고관절 탈구의 증상 징후

  • 탈구된 정도, 원인, 탈구된 후 경과한 시간 등에 따라 증상 징후가 다르다.
  • 금방 생긴 심한 고관절 탈구의 전형적인 증상 징후는 다음과 같다.
  • 대퇴골의 두부가 고관절 관절낭 속에서 갑자기 탈구될 때는 탈구된 고관절 부위가 심하게 아프고 붓고 탈구된 쪽 다리를 잘 움직일 수 없다.
  • 탈구된 쪽 다리를 조금 만져도 심히 아픈 것이 보통이다.
  • 탈구된 쪽 다리의 길이가 탈구되지 않은 쪽 다리의 길이보다 더 길거나 더 짧을 수 있다.

후천성 고관절 탈구의 진단 치료

  • 병력, 증상 징후, 진찰소견 등을 종합해 후천성 고관절 탈구가 의심되면 고관절 X선 사진 검사 등으로 진단한다.
