신생아 팔다리 뼈 골절의 원인

정상 분만으로 태어난 신생아의 팔뼈나 다리뼈에 골절이 생기는 경우가 드물게 있다.
드물지만 난산분만이나 겸자 분만으로 태어난 신생아의 상완골, 요골, 척골 등 팔뼈나 대퇴골, 경골, 비골 등 다리뼈, 또는 쇄골이 골절될 수 있다.

신생아 팔다리 뼈 골절의 증상 징후

골절의 정도, 원인 등에 따라 증상 징후가 다르다.
팔뼈나 다리뼈에 골절이 생기면 골절된 팔이나 다리를 잘 움직이지 못한다.
정상 신생아에서 볼 수 있는 각종 원시 반사가 비대칭적으로 나타 날 수 있다.
골절된 팔다리 부위를 만지거나 움직이면 아파서 울기도 한다.
그리고 골절된 신체 부위가 붓는다.

신생아 팔다리 뼈 골절의 진단

병력, 증상 징후, 진찰소견 등을 종합하고 팔뼈나 다리뼈가 골절됐다고 의심되면 팔이나 다리 X선 사진 검사로 진단한다.

신생아 팔다리 뼈 골절의 치료

팔뼈나 다리뼈가 골절됐다고 의심될 때는 의사에게 문의하여 곧 치료한다.
팔뼈 골절이나 다리뼈 골절의 원인, 부위, 정도, 증상 징후, 합병증의 유무 등에 따라 치료한다.
골절의 정도에 따라 수술 치료나 석고 붕대치료 등으로 치료할 수 있고 골절된 팔뼈나 다리뼈 견인으로 치료 한다.
