신생아 음낭 부종 Newborn scrotal swelling

음낭의 피부, 음낭의 피하조직, 고환, 또는 고환과 음낭 주위 등에 생긴 어떤 이상으로 체액이 고여 음낭이 커지거나, 음낭에 부종이 생길 수 있다.

  • 둔부 분만으로 태어난 신생아의 음낭에 부종이 더 잘 생길 수 있다.
  • 또한 음낭수종, 고환 종양, 고환 염전(고환 비틀림), 부고환 염전, 외생식기 정맥류, 고환염, 부고환염(부정소염), 접촉성 피부염, 음낭 봉와직염, 음낭 백혈병, 외상 또는 상피병(상피증) 등에 의해 음낭이 커지고 붓고 음낭부종이 생길 수 있다.
  • 증상 징후는 원인에 따라 다르게 나타난다.
  • 진단 치료는 원인에 따라 한다.

Newborn scrotal swelling 신생아 음낭 부종

  • Any abnormality in the skin of the scrotum, the subcutaneous tissue of the scrotum, the testicles, or around the testicles and scrotum may cause body fluid to accumulate, resulting in an enlarged scrotum, or swelling in the scrotum.
  • Newborns born with a hip delivery may have more swelling in the scrotum.
  • Also, the scrotum is caused by scrotal edema, testicular tumor, testicular torsion (testicular torsion), epididymis torsion, exogenous varicose veins, orchitis, epididymitis (arrhythmia), contact dermatitis, scrotal cellulitis, scrotal leukemia, trauma or epithelial disease (epithelial disease), etc.
  • It can become enlarged, swollen, and scrotal edema. Symptom Signs vary depending on the cause. Diagnosis treatment depends on the cause.
